1. Your test access will be bound to the first device(s) you use to log in.
During the test, each HoYoverse Account may be used on up to one PC and one mobile device (iOS or Android).
Once a device has been bound, switching to another device on the same platform may result in your game account being suspended.
If changing devices results in account issues or loss of test access, appeals will not be accepted during the test.
To avoid any interruptions to your gameplay, please use the same device throughout the test.
2. Selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is verified, your test access will be revoked.
Please do not trust any offers involving account sharing or trading, or the sale of test installation packages. Keep your account information and personal property secure to avoid unnecessary loss.
3. Localization is still a work in progress in this test build, so you may encounter some unnatural phrasing.
We will continue to refine it in future versions.
Additionally, if you change the game language and find that some UI elements are still displayed in the previous language, please try restarting the game.

4. The in-game AI NPC interaction feature is still being optimized and is currently available only in specific locations.
Content generated through this feature may have certain limitations and does not reflect any official views or positions.
When using this feature, please follow the relevant rules set out in the Terms of Service.
In certain areas, player interaction data may be used to improve in-game content and services.

5. During this test, you can still choose whether to let Nalo retain her memories of you from the private room.
After visiting Cafe Untamed for the first time, you can find the Cafe Untamed Feedback Survey in your in-game mail. Please respond to the survey before the end of the test to indicate whether you consent to Nalo retaining her memories of you.
• This feature is entirely optional and will not affect your gameplay experience during the Final Beta Test.
• If you do not agree to the data retention in the survey or fail to complete it before the deadline, Nalo's memories will not be preserved, and the relevant data will be deleted in accordance with standard procedure.
• If you agree, we will retain the account information generated during the Final Beta Test and your chat history in the Cafe Untamed private room.
This data will be securely stored and used solely to help Nalo retain her memories of you in future versions of the game.
• Please ensure that your conversations with Nalo comply with the Final Beta Test Content Creation Guidelines. Any content that violates these guidelines will be excluded from Nalo's retained memories, even if you choose to opt in.
• You may request the deletion of this data at any time. For instructions and more information on how we process your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. To balance game performance and device temperatures across different devices, the current version still has a load limit in place.
While the load of some objects has been reduced for this test, you may still encounter limitations when planting, building, and decorating.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. During the test, certain features in the Galactic Bazaar may undergo periodic stress testing. At certain times or in certain areas, you may experience queues, fluctuating wait times, or temporary interaction issues.

8. In compliance with applicable laws and platform rules, players are generally free to share, discuss, and distribute game content during this test.
Please follow the Final Beta Test Content Creation Guidelines for all creative activities. We reserve the right to take legal action against any infringing activities, including but not limited to data mining, unauthorized use, deliberate defamation, or other misuse of game content.
