Every encounter is a gentle greeting between planets. We hope every Planet Tender can feel at home here, whether chatting, leaving messages, traveling together, or simply sharing moments from everyday life, while finding friendship and joy along the way. To help keep the Starsea peaceful, welcoming, and warm, we have created the Petit Planet Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines"). These Guidelines are intended to set clear expectations for the use of in-game social features and help everyone foster a healthy, inclusive community together.
These Guidelines apply to Planet Tenders' conduct when using social features in Petit Planet, including chat, messages, visits, and team activities. If you use in-game customization features to create or share content, please also refer to the Petit Planet Content Creation Guidelines. The Guidelines take effect on the date of publication. We may update them from time to time in response to changes in applicable laws, regulations, or policies. Please review the latest version before using the game's social features.
We encourage every Planet Tender to follow the guidelines below:
1. Be Friendly and Respectful
Please be polite, thoughtful, and kind, and keep discussions about gaming experiences, hobbies, and daily life positive and constructive.
Every Planet Tender has their own lifestyle, interests, preferences, and way of expressing themselves. Please respect each other's differences. Do not discriminate against, attack, or maliciously mock others based on their personal characteristics, background, interests, or preferences. Do not encourage hostility, exclusion, or disparagement toward any particular group.
Even when you disagree, please express yourself respectfully. Mutual respect is the foundation of every positive interaction.
2. Say No to Online Harassment and Speak Responsibly
Do not participate in, encourage, or organize targeted harassment against any Planet Tender. This includes, but is not limited to, malicious mockery, verbal abuse, spreading false or defamatory claims, and exposing someone's private information.
Please do not spread unverified information, encourage abusive or hostile behavior, or reshare content that could cause further harm to the people involved.
Every Planet Tender is a guardian of the Starsea. By communicating thoughtfully, treating each other with kindness, and speaking up when something isn't right, we can work together to keep every journey through the Starsea warm and welcoming.
3. Respect Privacy and Stay Safe
Please protect both your own and others' personal information. Do not share, request, or spread information in in-game social spaces that could identify someone or put their account, personal data, or property at risk.
Please stay alert to potential security risks. Do not trust unofficial offers involving account sharing, third-party top-ups, or transactions. Avoid clicking links from unknown sources, and never share verification codes, login information, or other account credentials with anyone. Please rely on information published through official channels and stay vigilant against scams.
Protecting privacy means taking responsibility for yourself and showing respect for others.
4. Help Maintain a Positive Social Environment in Petit Planet
Please use social features such as public channels, Reactions, and team activities responsibly. Do not engage in behavior that disrupts the community or interferes with other players' normal gameplay experience, including but not limited to:
Impersonating official staff, in-game characters, or other players, or posting content that may mislead, deceive, or provoke conflict.
Repeatedly soliciting votes, promoting groups or livestreams, posting commercial advertisements, or sharing other promotional content in public areas.
Posting or displaying sexually explicit, vulgar, or insulting content through text or nicknames, or using outfits, character actions, positioning, camera angles, coordinated multiplayer behavior, or similar means to imitate or imply such content.
Posting sexually explicit or vulgar content, graphic or violent material, illegal or otherwise prohibited content, or otherwise disrupting the community.
Let's keep social features focused on sharing, connecting, and companionship, while giving every Planet Tender the space to enjoy the game comfortably.
※ A Note on Using Social Features
If you encounter any interactions or behavior in Petit Planet's social spaces that make you uncomfortable or may violate these Guidelines, please report them using the in-game reporting feature or contact Customer Support.
At present, the moderation system for in-game social interactions is in a trial phase. If a report is verified and a violation is confirmed, the user involved may receive penalties based on the severity and frequency of the violation. These may include restrictions on features such as MiniCorner comments, writing Star Notes at the Epistolarian's Desk, leaving messages during visits, public chat, or private chat. Users who commit severe or repeated violations may face further disciplinary action, including possible account suspension. Specific disciplinary measures are governed by the rules set out in the Petit Planet Terms of Service.
We kindly ask all Planet Tenders to use the reporting feature only for genuine, good-faith concerns. If we verify malicious reporting, abuse of the reporting feature, or the use of reports to harass or attack others, we may take appropriate action depending on the circumstances. If you have any questions about a decision, you can contact Customer Support to provide feedback or submit an appeal.
