Pre-registering is free everywhere. Nobody needs your password to pre-register you: offers to sell “early access” or accounts are scams.

  3. How do you pre-register on PC?

Open HoYoPlay, go to All Games, select Petit Planet and click Pre-Register, then log in with your HoYoverse Account. You can tick “Download automatically on release”. Update HoYoPlay first if the button does not appear. The Epic Games Store also lists the game.
