Housing upgrades & House Rating

Compare personal house upgrade costs, House Rating requirements and Neighbor blueprints through Mobai’s Loomix Homes services.

Visit Mobai

Loomix Homes is the housing service accessed through Mobai. Personal houses use Dough and House Rating gates; Neighbor houses follow a separate blueprint and materials process.

Personal house upgrades

Small Cottage1,200Not recorded

Missing rating gates are unrecorded, not zero. The source lists each purchase separately and does not establish a combined lifetime cost. Check Mobai’s current quote before spending.

Neighbor house blueprints

Blueprints are typically given several days after a Neighbor settles. The overview mentions Tree Sap plus materials associated with the Neighbor or home galaxy, but does not give complete quantities.

  • Yunguo: Bamboo Harvest House
  • Msafiri: Savanna Sunset House
  • Isaki: Mushi no Mori House
  • Rebella: Fluorite House
  • Dorjelang: Yakraft House
  • Medowlyn: Floofy House
  • Harpeno: Starhaven House
  • Heyu: Timeless Pine House
  • Tika: Orchard Sprout House
  • Manna: Peach Tassel House

This is the checked blueprint list, not confirmation that every seasonal or story house can be obtained now.

Prepare before upgrading

  • Check the current House Rating and requirement in Mobai’s menu.
  • Keep blueprint ownership separate from the construction material bill.
  • Use furniture and crafting references to plan the interior after the upgrade.

Homi Decor unlocks through Bond level 6, rather than simply buying a larger personal house.
