To maintain a fair and orderly gaming environment in Petit Planet and create a positive testing experience, accounts found engaging in the following violations will have their test access revoked.
1. Underage User Login: This test is only open to users aged 18 and above.
2. Account Trading & Sharing: Any form of account sharing, trading, or transfer is strictly prohibited. Test access will be revoked for accounts found in violation.
3. Creating, publishing, distributing, or using any tools or programs that interfere with game fairness, including but not limited to simulating user operations, altering operating environments, modifying data, or spoofing device or IP information.
Device Binding Rules (Important!)
Your test access will be bound to the device you first log in with. During the test, each account can only be bound to one device, and cannot be changed once bound.
If your account experiences issues or your test access becomes invalid due to changing devices, no appeals will be accepted during this test. Please use the same device throughout the test to avoid any problems.
Additionally, do not trust any information regarding account sharing, trading, or test installation package sales. Stay vigilant to avoid scams, and keep your account and assets secure.
If you encounter any of the violations mentioned above, please keep any relevant evidence and report it via in-game customer support or by emailing planetcs_en@hoyoverse.com. We'll review the details and address the issue as soon as possible. Let's work together to build and maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment!
