A Petit Planet day in the Final Beta comes down to 18 small jobs: chat with and gift a Neighbor, clear the Memo, tend the farm, catch the Shooting and Drifting Stars, sell to Glenn’s Greenmarket (prices change at 12:00 and 20:00), buy your 3 Star Anchors at the Loomix Mart, close the Daily Footprints rings, and spend the anchors on a Starsea Voyage.

That list comes from Emiiary’s 41-minute walkthrough of her own routine, recorded on the Final Beta Test build and published on 24 September 2026. We went through it screen by screen and checked every timer, limit and price against this site’s database. Where her voice-over and the screen disagree, this guide follows the screen and says so. It is beta footage throughout: the build carries a banner saying it does not represent the final product.

What should you do every day in Petit Planet?

Here is the whole routine in the order Emiiary plays it. The “resets” column only lists what a screen in the video actually states; everything else is her habit rather than a rule.

How do you raise Bond levels with Neighbors every day?

Walk up to a Neighbor, pick “Got a sec?”, and you get two options worth taking every day: “Just wanted to chat.” and “I have a gift for you!”. Both tick off the daily Neighbor Relations quest (“Chat with a Neighbor today” and “Give a gift to a Neighbor today”), and both feed the Bond bar. Emiiary handed Yunguo a Mushroom Soup she had already given her once. Yunguo noticed (“You’ve given me the same thing before”), took it anyway, and gave a Berry Rice Delight back. A gift from the Neighbor’s loves list is the better daily pick; the gift guide has every Neighbor’s.

0:55. The two daily Neighbor options. Yunguo is at Bond level 3, Like-Minded Buddy.

The reason to keep at it is Yunguo’s Bond Level Rewards panel, which runs to level 8. Levels 1 and 2 (Familiar Face) let you exchange contacts and invite the Neighbor over via Starcove. Level 3 (Like-Minded Buddy) is Invite to Move In, level 4 adds Photo Together, and level 5 adds Suggest Outfits and, for Yunguo, Water Crops. Levels 6 and 7 (Heartfelt Bond) open Homi Decor, where you help decorate their home, and Invite to Hang Out. Level 8, Kindred Soul, gives Yunguo’s Crop Garden and “the Neighbor’s exclusive titles”. Emiiary was at level 3 with 15 of 20 points; the level 5 and level 8 perks match what this site records on Yunguo’s page.

What do the Memo and the Event Center give you?

The Memo is the quest log, split into Main and Neighbor. The Neighbor tab is where requests stack up as more people move in. Emiiary’s example, “Prepare Isaki’s Furniture”, asks for a Glowspire Round Table bought from Glenn, a Golden Daikabutomaru Statue crafted at the DIY Bench and a 1×1 potted plant. Main quests pay well too: “Brand-New Planet Station” paid 40 Lucasprouts, and “A Bigger House” asks you to deposit 5,000 Dough with Mobai’s Housing Services for a Gabled Cottage.

3:57. A Neighbor request in the Memo, with its three steps and the items already in the bag.

Emiiary pushes every quest as far as it goes each day, so anything left is waiting on the clock rather than on her. Her “wait until tomorrow” steps are her experience: no Memo screen in the video shows that wording. The Event Center held two permanent events in this build, Planet Growth Gifts and Seven Cups of Tea Beneath the Boughs. Between them they pay 20 whistles, which our free pulls guide counts in full.

What to collect on your planet every day

Seashells, fish and insects never need rushing, Emiiary says: they come back through the day, unlike trees. No screen states a respawn rule, though a player’s note she reads later agrees: “I love how the critters keep spawning!”. Everything you catch has a price and a page in our fish, insect and shore-dweller lists; Glenn paid her 25 Dough a Hermit Crab.

Then the farm: harvest what is ready, replant and water. The Precision Farming view shows each plot’s timer, and her Rice Seedling reads “Matures in 1d. Yields 1 harvest(s).” She warns that crops left without water or fertilizer can be hit by pests; the video shows a scarecrow by her field but no pest warning on screen. Seeds cost 2 Dough each at Glenn’s, and our crop list has what each one sells for.

Keep the Insect Net handy for Shooting Stars, which streak past at random, and walk the beach for Drifting Stars. Both open from the Backpack’s Consumables tab. Hers gave an Inspo Card for a Fluffy Snowhill Fence, a Baridi Woven Lamp and the recipe for Grain Porridge.

What changes every day at Glenn’s shop?

Glenn is four daily stops in one. The first is Today’s Greenmarket, his crop exchange, and its tooltip gives the one reset time the video states outright: “Crop purchase prices update daily at 12:00 and 20:00 based on market demand.” On 21 September he paid 24 Dough for cabbage, corn and melon, each with a 0/50 counter. By the next period, 22 to 29 September, the crops had changed to wheat, tomato and chili pepper, at 12 to 24 Dough depending on the player. The tooltip gives no time zone.

9:15. The Greenmarket. Friends’ Prices and the Message Board sit under the price list.

The Greenmarket has a social layer. Friends’ Prices shows what the same crops fetch on your friends’ planets, a Profit Ranking opens once you earn 200 Dough in a period, and the Market Board carries posts like Becca’s “Buying melons at high prices! Come visit my planet!”. You can post three messages a day from ready-made lines. Price Forecast stays locked until the Memo quest “Interplanetary Crop Trade”.

The second stop is the question “What furniture are you buying today?”. Glenn names one piece he pays extra for, “Three deals only!”, and on her day it was the DIY Bench. Emiiary compares it to the daily special in Animal Crossing. Third is Glenn’s Goods, the shop proper, in four tabs: Memo Items, General Goods, Gardening, and Clothing & Furniture. Glenn’s own line is “I have new items in stock each day!”, so it is worth a look even on days you buy nothing. She picked up Preppy Black Loafers for 430 Dough and a Vibrant Spring Flared Skirt for 250.

11:06. Glenn’s Goods. The stock rotates daily, and the Sell button sits at the top right.

The fourth stop is Glenn on somebody else’s planet. Visiting a friend (hers was Niki’s planet, Bingusland) shows a different stock, with only the General Goods and Clothing & Furniture tabs. Those purchases are capped, and the help text puts it plainly: “You can buy these items on your friends’ planets up to 5 times a day. The multiplayer purchase limit will automatically refresh the next day.” Emiiary adds that the five are shared across every planet you visit. The rule text does not say so either way, and she only visits one planet in the video.

Why buy Star Anchors every day?

This is the one Emiiary is most insistent on: “No matter what, always purchase these Star Anchors.” The Loomix Mart sells them under Travel Supplies for 100 Footprints each, with a “Daily purchase limit: 3”, and the anchor’s tooltip explains why they matter: it “is required to dock the boat at an Islet while sailing through the Starsea”. If you skip a day, those three are gone. If you buy them anyway, they wait in your bag for the day you have time to sail.

14:30. The Loomix Mart. Star Anchor top left, the rotating Daily Styles beside it.

One number does not add up. The tile says 100, but buying three showed “Total: 500”, and her balance fell by exactly 500, from 1,860 to 1,360. Either the second and third anchors cost more than the first, or the tile price is not the whole story. We will update this once the final game shows a breakdown. The rest of the Mart rotates too, with a “Refresh in 22h 48min” timer and a 24h NEW tab of outfits, hairstyles and furniture. Starring an item puts it on the Loomix Wishlist (six slots), where it survives the refresh.

A note on names: in the Final Beta the Mart’s currency is called Footprint, the same word as the achievements that pay it. Earlier builds, and our Footprints page built from them, call it Loomi.

How do you earn Footprints every day?

Open the phone’s Footprints app and switch to Daily. Five categories feed one meter: Life Activities, Neighbor Interactions, Limited-Time Events, Social Activities and Planet Building. Each time the meter fills, a ring closes and pays out, and on her screen the next ring was worth 400 Footprints. Emiiary says later rings pay less, 200, then 100, then 20; only the 400 appears on screen. Her advice is not to chase the rings at all: ordinary play closes them, and you claim them when you look in.

16:40. Daily Footprints. Everything else on the checklist feeds this meter.

The Ongoing tab is the one-time achievements, and they are larger: Profishional Angler pays 300 Footprints at 100 fish, and Bug Wrangler 500 at 200 insects. Once claimed they are gone for good, as her finished Insect Collector shows. Our Footprints tracker lists every tier.

What should you do on a Starsea Voyage?

Talk to Elsasani at the dock, pick “Starsea Voyage, here I come!”, choose up to two Neighbors as travel companions, and sail. There is no timer while you drift around. Emiiary crossed from her home galaxy’s Hexia Zone H83 into Taffeh Zone T31 without visiting anyone’s planet, and docked at Orevale Islet for 1 Star Anchor. Voyages are where you find materials, fish, insects and fruit your own planet lacks (she found a mango tree), and they are how new Neighbors turn up. Our galaxies guide covers each zone.

Watch the label under the Islet’s name. It moves from Islet Flourishing to Islet Growing to Islet Depleted as you dig up plants, and the “About Eco Health” page spells out the cost: when Eco Health is too low, “you won’t be able to bring any plants or creatures home.” In Emiiary’s run, mining and fishing were fine; digging up trees is what tipped it. Replanting what you removed restores it. Elsasani even phones in the middle of the trip to remind you.

20:31. Islet Depleted: past this point, nothing more comes home until you replant.

Your companions take orders from the top of the screen: Follow Me, Wait Here, Stroll Around or Gathering. Emiiary keeps them on Gathering so they work while she does. A Wandering Star on the Islet paid her 10 Lucasprouts, and the Leave panel lists everything you found before you go.

The social dailies: Star Notes, StarDash and MiniCorner

At home, the Epistolarian’s Desk opens Echoes of Star Notes: short anonymous notes, up to 100 characters, filed under Life, Hobbies or Feelings, that drift to a random planet. You read other players’ notes and write back, and friendly replies earn Floral Slips. Notes keep for 7 days, you can favorite up to 30, and your daily limits grow with your Star Note level. Emiiary’s notes are the kind of thing the feature is for: “Doing something partially is better than doing nothing. 20% is better than 0%.”

24:09. Star Note levels. More Floral Slips mean more notes sent and received each day.

While you are home, Home Rating is worth a submission whenever you redecorate. It has five levels: level 2 unlocks Charming Cottage orders, level 3 Bright Cottage orders, level 4 Cozy Villa orders, and level 5 pays the Loomix Decor ★5 Wreath. Emiiary was at 423 of the 600 points needed for level 3.

StarDash is the delivery job. Neighbors post orders, you cook or craft what they ask for and deliver it. She had three open, a Wheat Cake for Isaki and dishes for Yunguo and Dorjelang, each paying 150 Dough. The Delivery Skill track runs to level 8, with more orders, better pay and orders from unknown planets on the way, and the title “The Rain-or-Shine Paragon” at the end.

MiniCorner is the in-game photo feed (its header actually reads Moments), with All, Following, OOTD and Blueprints tabs. The useful trick is on OOTD: View Details on someone’s outfit lists every piece and whether you own it, which beats guessing names in our clothing database. Posting levels you up for album space, profile backgrounds and 300, 600 and 800 Dough.

How do Vignettes work?

A Vignette is a small layout the game asks you to build. “Shaded Shrubs” wants one tree and three shrubs, adjacent, in a space up to 3 × 3, and pays 200 Footprints plus a creature, the Green Tortoise Beetle, which starts appearing near the setup. Any tree counts. Vignettes also raise your Decorating Skill, which unlocks Blueprints: level 4 on the skill track, although MiniCorner says Blueprint details need level 5, so the two screens disagree.

The Planetmaker, where you move items, lay paths and later shape terrain and water, is less a daily task than a way to spend an evening. In her build only Items and Path were unlocked; the other two sections were locked icons with no name.

What is there to do at the Galactic Bazaar?

Elsasani can take you straight to the Galactic Bazaar, the shared hub. Its currency is Bazaar Jelly, capped at 80 a day, and the Bazaar Guide lists the easy ones: 10 for visiting and 10 for talking to Aleo and signing up for the stage. Aleo’s Stage runs two games on a clock: Pitch & Profit, a sales pitch contest, registers from 12:00 to 19:00, and Beat Boogie, the rhythm game, from 19:00 to 12:00. Emiiary recommends Beat Boogie and admits she does not enjoy Pitch & Profit.

Jelly buys items at the Prize Kiosk (clothing such as the Bazaar Top, instruments, furniture and emotes) and Hat-Trick Magic Tickets for Civilla’s wheel, a “Guess the Number” game from 1 to 6. She bet three tickets on 5, hit the gold prize and got three Hat-Trick Magic Gold Bundles, each holding a Beepo, a little figure you can carry. Around the plaza are Cafe Untamed (public or private rooms, drinks from 10 to 260 Dough), a music stage, the card game Amira for two to four players, and Nimue the hairstylist, who dyes your hair for 30 Common flowers. Emiiary calls the Bazaar cute but not her favorite part of the game, and expects it to liven up once the servers are full.

35:57. Hair dye costs flowers, not Dough: 30 Common flowers per color.

Where do you donate fish and insects?

The last stop is the museum. Talk to Mors, pick the creatures you have not donated yet, press Settle, and he pays in Omni-Vouchers: 11 for her batch, which included a Piranha and a Harvester Ant. He also drops a hint worth remembering: “some species of fish can only be found during specific time periods.” Our fish list gives each one’s hours.

Vouchers are spent in the same building, at displays run by a voice called Roofus: a Verdant Bloom Topiary for 15, and pieces at 50, 100 and 200. The donated creatures fill the aquarium and insect halls, which Emiiary saves for a quiet walk at the end of the day.

What the video does not settle

A few of Emiiary’s points are her experience rather than something the screen shows. Nothing states that shells, fish and insects respawn, that crops get pests, or that the five friend-planet purchases are shared across planets. Only the first Footprints ring value, 400, is visible. Three Star Anchors cost 500 Footprints against a 100 tile price, with no breakdown. The Greenmarket times carry no time zone, and the Blueprint unlock level differs between two screens. All of this is Final Beta data; the release date page tracks what changes before launch, and the beginner guide covers the first days before a routine like this one kicks in.

Data from The Petit Planet Wiki (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), recorded in the 0.95 (Final Beta Test) build. Petit Planet has not launched: names, prices and drop sources can still change.

  1. What should I do every day in Petit Planet?

In the Final Beta: chat with and gift a Neighbor, clear the Memo, harvest and water your crops, catch Shooting and Drifting Stars, sell crops at Glenn’s Greenmarket, check Glenn’s daily stock, buy 3 Star Anchors at the Loomix Mart, close your Daily Footprints rings, then sail a Starsea Voyage. Star Notes, StarDash, the Galactic Bazaar and museum donations fill the rest of the day.

  2. What time does Glenn’s Greenmarket reset in Petit Planet?

The Final Beta tooltip says crop purchase prices update daily at 12:00 and 20:00, based on market demand. It gives no time zone. The crops on offer also rotate by period: cabbage, corn and melon at 24 Dough on 21 September 2026, wheat, tomato and chili pepper the following week.

  3. How many Star Anchors can you buy a day?

Three. The Loomix Mart lists the Star Anchor at 100 Footprints with a daily purchase limit of 3 in the Final Beta. Each Islet you dock at on a Starsea Voyage costs one. Buying all three at once cost Emiiary 500 Footprints, not 300, and the video does not show why.

  4. How do you raise Bond level fast in Petit Planet?

Chat with the Neighbor and give them a gift every day, ideally something on their loves list, and complete their Memo requests. Bond runs to level 8: level 3 lets them move in, level 5 unlocks outfit suggestions and, for Yunguo, crop watering, and level 8 gives their exclusive titles.

  5. How many things can you buy on a friend’s planet?

Up to 5 a day. The Final Beta help text says some items in Glenn’s shop have a daily multiplayer purchase limit: you can buy them on your friends’ planets up to 5 times a day, and the limit refreshes the next day.

  6. What are Bazaar Jellies for in Petit Planet?

Bazaar Jelly is the Galactic Bazaar’s currency, capped at 80 a day in the Final Beta. It buys clothing, instruments, furniture and emotes at the Prize Kiosk, and Hat-Trick Magic Tickets for Civilla’s number wheel. The daily tasks pay 10 for visiting and 10 for signing up at Aleo’s Stage.

  7. What do you get for donating to Mors?

Omni-Vouchers, which buy museum furniture such as the Verdant Bloom Topiary for 15. Emiiary got 11 for one batch of new fish and insects in the Final Beta. Donated creatures also appear in the museum’s aquarium and insect halls.
