To maintain a fair and orderly game environment in Petit Planet and ensure a positive testing experience for all Planet Tenders, any account found engaging in the following prohibited activities will have its test access revoked:
1. Account Trading, Lending, or Sharing
Account trading, lending, or sharing is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in these activities will have their test access revoked.
2. Creating, Distributing, Promoting, or Using Tools or Programs That Compromise Fair Play
This includes, but is not limited to, any tools or programs that simulate user input, alter the gameplay environment, modify game data, spoof device or IP information, or otherwise interfere with the fairness of the test.
Device Binding Rules (Important!)
Your test access will be bound to the first devices you use to log in. During the test, each HoYoverse Account can be used on up to one PC and one mobile device (iOS or Android). Once your devices are bound, switching to another device on the same platform during the test may result in your game account being suspended.
If changing devices results in account issues or the loss of your test access, we will not accept appeals during this test. To avoid any disruption to your gameplay experience, please use the same device throughout the test.
Additionally, be cautious of any claims involving account sharing, account trading, or the sale of test client downloads. Stay alert to scams, and protect your account and personal property.
If you encounter any of the above violations, please retain any relevant evidence and report it through the in-game Customer Support channel or by emailing planetcs_en@hoyoverse.com. We will investigate the report and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
