• Visit the official Petit Planet website, click "Sign Up," log in with your HoYoverse Account, then fill out and submit the Coziness Test sign-up form. Once submitted, your sign-up will be complete, and you'll be registered for a chance to participate in the test.
• Join Petit Planet community events for a chance to win test access!
Q: When do sign-ups close?
A: Sign-ups for the Coziness Test will open on September 25, 2025 at 10:00AM (UTC+8). The closing date will be announced separately, so please stay tuned for future official announcements.
Q: Is there an age restriction for participating in the test?
A: The Coziness Test is only open to users aged 18 and above. We aim to make Petit Planet accessible to more age groups in the near future and look forward to exploring the endless wonders in the game with you all! Please stay tuned to our official social media channels for the latest updates! (The age requirement for this test is not related to the game's rating.)
Q: Can I edit my sign-up form after it's been submitted?
A: No. After you submit the sign-up form, the information you provided cannot be modified any further. Please double-check all details before submitting!

Q: Which languages are supported in this test?
A: This test will support English and Japanese text display. Voice-over functionality is still under development and will not be available during this test. We plan to continue expanding language support and gradually add more voice-over options in the future, so stay tuned!
Q: How do I check if I've been granted test access?
A: You can check through the following ways:
Method 1: After sign-ups for the Coziness Test close, we will announce the distribution of test access. Please follow Petit Planet's official updates, and visit the official website to check your access status and download the game package.
Method 2: Players selected for the test will also receive an email with the download link and detailed test guide.
Please note that all notifications will be sent to the email address you provided in the sign-up form. Therefore, please make sure that the email address you enter is correct. (Contact information cannot be modified once submitted.)
Q: When does the test start and end?
A: The test schedule will be announced at a later date. Please follow official updates for more information.
Q: If I don't have an iOS or PC device, can I still participate in the test?
A: Sorry! The Coziness Test is only available on iOS and PC (Windows) platforms. Please make sure to select your preferred device when filling out the sign-up form. We will continue to expand and optimize platform support in the future, so stay tuned!
Q: How do I know if my device is supported for the test?
A: To ensure the best test experience, we recommend the following device specifications:
Q: During the Coziness Test, can I share my account with friends to play together? If I switch to a new phone, can I continue playing on it?
A: No.
In this test, each qualified player will receive access on iOS, PC (Windows), or both. (Android will not be supported in this test.) When you check your access status, you will see which platform(s) your test access applies to.
[IMPORTANT] Your test access will be bound to the device you use for your first login. This means that your test pass can only be used on one PC device or one iOS device. Once your device is bound, switching to another device on the same platform will trigger an automatic ban, and you will no longer be able to participate in this test. In other words, only one device per platform is allowed.
Therefore, after downloading and installing the test package, please avoid the following actions: replacing PC hardware components, reinstalling the operating system, upgrading your mobile OS, or performing a factory reset. These actions may be recognized by the system as switching to a different login device, which could result in an account ban.
Do not trust any information regarding account sharing, account trading, or the sale of test installation packages. Please make sure to protect your personal account information and game assets to avoid unnecessary losses.
In view of possible account trading and sharing activities, any account bans or revocation of test access resulting from such behavior during the test period will not be eligible for appeal.
Q: Is an internet connection required to play the test?
A: Yes. An internet connection is required at all times. Please make sure you have a stable network connection for the best gameplay experience.
Q: Will this test be a data wipe test?
A: Yes. The Coziness Test is a data wipe test. Once the test concludes, the servers will be shut down and all test account information and game data will be deleted. Please be aware of this.
Q: Can I share test content on social media, like through streaming, videos, or screenshots?
A: During the Coziness Test, you are welcome to share, discuss, and distribute gameplay content, provided that you comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. However, please be aware that we reserve the right to take legal action against any infringing activities, including but not limited to data mining, unauthorized use, deliberate defamation, or other misuse of game content.
