Sunset Moths are diurnal moths. Initially, biologists classified them as swallowtail butterflies due to their rod-like antennae. It wasn't until more details were discovered in specimens that they were properly categorized in the Uraniidae family. Such mix-ups are actually quite common in biological taxonomy due to species looking too similar.
